Bought this for a trip to do some hiking with my 3 boys in Acadia National Park. It did not disappoint. There is plenty of room for sweatshirts, water and snacks. The smaller front compartment held some electronics, cords and some smaller things we took along. Overall a great backpack that I will get lots of use out of.
