Not Kitchenaid I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have depended on Kitchenaid Quality but this was a lemon. We moved and build a new home. Purchase all new Kitchenaid Appliances. Everything seemed good. And love all the ones that are working. After a week in the new built home I realized I had used the dishwasher. It doesn’t work! Had service man From appliance store where we purchased to service it. He has been out twice. First thought it was a sensor, Now he thinks it’s the computer board!? Or what inside the door. Yes he torn it apart trying to find the reason it’s not working.
I purchased was supposed to get a rebate for these nothing! Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a GE dishwasher (4 years old ) and did not think it was very good at cleaning normanl dinner dishes. Now I have a new Kitchen Aid. I've used it 4 times, twice to clean all my beverage glasses and once for a set of 3 dinner plates, silverware and a few glasses. Rinsed dishes first then washed on NORMAL. Not happy with the results at all. NOT as clean as I expected.

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed our dishwasher 3 months ago and have really been enjoying it! So far, it's cleaned everything quite well. As well, we like the third (top) rack for large utensils. We normally put them on the top (second) rack in our old dishwasher and it took away from what else we could fit on that rack. As well, the racks glide in and out so incredibly easy. It runs very quietly too. This is my first KitchenAid Dishwasher and I really love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
