Not a rock star.

Just replaced my maytag with this. The second rack is poorly designed. My bowls and small plates do not sit in the second rack in the middle leading to a center section that is unusable and a mishmosh of ways to load the rack. The silverware caddy separator had to be taken off the caddy because my flatware only fits in a few spaces down the middle. The third rack only has space for a few large utensils and knives. The rest is taken up with space for wine glassed i guess because nothing fits in two thirds of the rack. yhe racks are flimsy compared to my maytag. we bought this one because we need the handle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great! It’s so quiet, you can’t even tell it’s running. Dishes come out sparkling!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this dishwasher for just over a month and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s so quiet and cleans very well. The third rack is very handy for cutlery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher during our kitchen remodel a few weeks ago. We have been fans of KitchenAid for years, so we wanted to continue our loyalty to the brand. As expected, we made the right selection. Love the utensil 'shelf', excellent for long knives and spatula's. The machine is so quiet, so much so it can be challenging to know if it is even on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago and so far we are very happy with it. Extremely quiet and easy to keep the exterior clean. We prefer the quick cycle due to the regular cycle runs over 2 hours but I assume that it’s for dirtier dishes.
This dishwasher comes with our newly-bough house. We used to wash dishes by hand so we switched off the circuit breaker for this dishwasher and never used it since we moved in. Yesterday we decided to start using it. After reading the user manual carefully and running it, it stucked at clean stage and gave off the 2-7 error code. Considering it is still brand new, failure at first-time-usage is unacceptable. Can someone from the customer care team tackle this issue please?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
