Quiet, awesome features, sleek design, love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I’m so pleased. Dishes and utensils come out looking brand new, no need to pre-rinse in the sink. If you want the best, it’s KitchenAid for sure!

Fantastic, Quiet, State-of-the-art Dishwasher

Cleans well, but issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new KitchenAid/Whirlpool appliance cleans so well! The front looks nice in our kitchen with other stainless appliances - matte finish and easy to clean. The dishwasher cleans dishes well on all three racks - we appreciate the top tray for cup lids, straws, small items, etc. Unfortunately, the lower spinner arm broke off within the first few weeks of use. It looks like the plastic component that attaches the stainless spin arm to the bottom of the washer melted and twisted off. We don't have overly hot water at our house, so this was very surprising. This requires a maintenance visit to our home to fix and luckily, happened within the first year. I can't imagine after owning other dishwashers previously, that a part such as this would break and need replaced ever- certainly not in the first few weeks. Another issue we had was the end of cycle alarm; which I can understand a few beeps when a cycle is complete, but this repeats over and over again every few minutes until the door is opened. This was annoying for us who run our dishwasher at the end of the evening and it completes while we're sleeping! I did figure out how to turn off the alarm, but the instructions were muddled to understand and required non-intuitive pressing of control panel buttons until somehow we got this to work. A simple menu or on/off button would have been preferred here.

Love the third rack!

Great Machine, but poor delivery service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the machine for a month now and what I noticed is that Normal Wash and ProWash are both effecient and remarkably quiet. We never felt like we need to use another wash option to get optimal results, so I am extremely satisfied with the machine itself.
On another note, the delivery service is not that great, and the options are often misleading. I paid for all the extra services, like put in place and remove my old machine, but I was surprised that what that meant is you will have to actually remove the old one yourself and install the new one yourself as well. All they do is bring the machine to your kitchen and take away the old one IF it is already removed and unhooked.
