Do not recommend SS - Rust!

We have had this dishwasher for 2 years and it functions well to clean dishes.
We have replaced the SS front panel already due to rust and the 2nd panel is rusting quickly on the edges as well.

I generally use the pro wash cycle and unit has always cleaned even the dirtiest of dishes. I highly recommend this unit for performance and quiet operation !

Does not completely dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my KitchenAid dishwasher about a month ago. I'm not HAPPY, my dishes are not drying. Water sports all over the glasses on the top rack. Yes, I put finish in the compartment.

Awful and noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely noisy and utensils stay wet on every setting. The racks are very difficult to use as no matter how I load the dishes, cups and glasses they fall over which makes the cups and glasses fill up with water.

Poor design faults raised on social media

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are extremely displeased with this dishwasher as the control panel keeps failing. At times no functions or selectors are working. At other times the circuit breaker requires resetting for operation. Also the “normal” selector does illuminate or function and is intermittent or not working completely. Resetting the circuit breaker is fruitless. Such a waste of time and money on this dishwasher. We have other KitchenAid products with no issues

Easy to use, quiet, cleans and dries nicely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it for a short time, but I really love it. It is so quiet and my dishes come out so clean, no spots on my glasses and my plastic all dry so nicely, easy to manage and love the tray up on top for utensils. My only issue would be to have on the lower rack a bigger space for pots and pans or someway to adjust the rack where it can collapse down for large pots and up for more dishes. I miss that it was on my old dishwasher.
