Hopefully better quality this time around

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I hope that this KitchenAid is better than the last KitchenAid dishwasher we just replaced. The motor died a couple days over the one year warranty and I had to argue with your company to replace that motor under the warranty. Then different things continued to break over and over. You would not replace and it finally completely died on us. Reluctantly I purchased this one - only to match with my other appliances. Fingers crossed that this one will be more dependable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second KitchenAid dishwasher, first one was great, this one seems flimsy. In addition, when I registered it for the warranty the representative tried to sell me insurance in case something outside the warranty broke, I was immediately turned off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet, clean and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only disappointment is the way small plates and bowls fit in the middle row of the middle rack. Rounded edge of the plate/bowl makes it roll to one side or the other.

doesn't dry - dishes wet and water inside
