Not Impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not thrilled with this dishwasher. It cleans well if the dishes are moderately soiled. I am very disappointed with the top rack. There is not enough room for very many cups small plates or bowls. When glasses are put into it they fall down when the rack is pushed back. The bottom rack keeps flying backwards and crashing into the back if the dishwasher because the door is tilted and won’t lay flat. The handle feels very insecure like it will fall off. The shortest cycle is very very long. It is extremely quiet though. I’ve had KitchenAid dishwashers for years. They have all been better than this one. Sometimes improvements make a good product worse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy I chose this dishwasher. I love the Printshield. My old stainless steel dishwasher left so many wet spots and drips when wet dishes or hands would drip on it. When closed, the door always looked dirty. Printshield technology is so simple to just wipe dry with no fingerprints or water spots. Another thing I love is how quiet this dishwasher is. I really never hear it running. Finally I love the utensil rack. In the past I had to take up top rack space with large utensils, but with this 3rd rack they are completely out of the way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wet dishes

Installed this yesterday. My old dishwasher was leaking but at least all the dishes were clean and DRY. After the first cycle with new KitchenAide dishwasher I had to dry every dish BY HAND. Each dish was sopping wet. So unhappy & disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
