[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old KitchenAid lost its mind and the repair company made three trips out to repair it and it was beyond their expertise. Luckily, they didn’t charge us for anything other than one trouble call. Their technician offered to do the installation as he allowed the old installation was not proper, and he agreed to install the new one. Now it is is installed properly and now since he installed it using the side mounting option.
Now it is working silently and is sturdily mounted
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quite. The 3rd rack is wonderful for little items. Dishes come out clean and dry. Only complaint I have is the controls on top of the door are really easy to touch when you shut the door. Other than that it's a great dishwasher.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even after trying the hot wash and the extended heat dry, the only dishes dry are the glass ones on the bottom rack. Yes, have searched the manual, tried a rinse agent and making sure no dishes overlap. Often dishes has food left on them, silverware in the top tray or bowls. The water isn’t hot during cycles either. Went to the place of purchase to let them know and all we got was a “Well we will look into it.” That was a week ago. Maybe we just got a dud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the concerns that you are experiencing with your Dishwasher and would like the opportunity to see if we can help. 1. Use Rinse Aid: Rinse aid is essential for optimal drying and hard water deposit control. It allows water to drain, preventing spots/streaks. The dispenser holds 5 oz (150 mL), typically lasting 1-3 months. Check indicator while door is open (clear means empty). Note: Plastic and nonstick items may require towel drying. [FAQ on Rinse Aid] 2. Adjust Rinse Aid Level: Factory settings suit most, but use a higher setting for hard water or spotting. Turn the arrow adjuster (with fingers or a flat-blade screwdriver). Higher numbers dispense more. Change in small increments, running a few cycles before re-adjusting, as less is often more effective. [How to Determine Rinse Aid Level] 3. Select Door Open Dry (if available): This Natural Dry feature automatically opens the door post-wash to vent moisture, accelerating drying. Press the option button on the console to enable it for any cycle. ["Door Open Dry" Info] 4. Load Dishes Correctly: Angle all flat or concave items to prevent water pooling. Load glasses between, not over, tines. Rinse aid helps water sheet off. Note: Due to shape and heat properties, plastic is difficult to dry. If possible, use the third-level rack for plastics; never use the lower rack. 5. Check Water Temperature: Connect to a hot water supply. For best results, the supply line should deliver a minimum of 120°F (49°C) water to the dishwasher. 6. Use a Heated/Dry Cycle: Ensure a heated dry option is selected. Common options are: Air Dry (default/no light), Heat/Pro Dry (standard default, good results), or Extended Dry (adds 15 minutes, for large loads/better results). Some models have "Open Dry" to vent moisture. Consult your User's Manual. 7. Check Heating Element: With Sanitize Option: Run Sanitize. If the LED is steady, the element works; proper loading and rinse aid are key. If the LED is blinking, schedule service. Without Sanitize Option: Run a 1-hour wash with "Heat Dry." Total cycle time should be ~1.5 hours. If dishes are not warm afterward, service may be needed. Modern dishwashers are energy-efficient; focus on proper loading and rinse aid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one in my previous house and when my current dishwasher failed... I knew what I wanted to replace it with. Super quiet, fantastic cleaning, easy to use with great functions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this appliance this month after my previous dishwasher of 19 years broke down. I was so pleasantly surprised as to how clean the dishes came out. A family member has an appliance repair business and it was at the top of the list for his recommendations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my old dishwasher died on Thanksgiving Day I knew I needed a new one. In checking stores in my neighborhood I decided on a store, and upon visiting them I saw they had a KitchenAid model on a very good sale, I bought it and it was delivered and installed quickly. My wife immediately took a liking to it and is still very happy with the purchase. I'll give a final review after a few more months but at this point it works for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY QUIET AND DISHES COME OUT DRY UNLIKE OUR PREVIOUS LG UNIT. CONTROLS ARE EASY TO USE. THE 3RD TRAY IS OK BUT FIND MYSELF NOT USING IT AS MUCH AS I THOUGHT
