[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My appliance guy recommended this dishwasher to replace a Bosch that broke and was past the warranty period. My husband had died and there was too much going on for me to do my typical due diligence when making a large purchase. I trusted my repair/installation technician when he said that this is the most popular model he installs. After several weeks of use, I must say that I am not impressed. The top silverware tray is disappointing as the silverware slides around as the tray is pulled out and pushed in (and, no, it is not being done roughly). I sorely miss the little flip down shelves that were on the middle level of my old dishwasher. I use a lot of little prep bowls and there's no good place to load them in this machine without taking up lots of space. And what is with the handle that sticks WAY out?? I can't open the drawer beside the dishwasher without opening the dishwasher door a bit. Plus, I am tall and it is at an awkward height to pull open. Even with the heated dry, the dishes aren't dry after it runs. What's the point of heated dry? All in all, I would not recommend this model to anyone. It pales in comparison to the Bosch it replaced.

We went with Kitchen-Aid as the price was better than Bosch. It is a little more noisy than the Bosch but the price difference offsets that. Our dishwasher before the Bosch was Kitchen-Aid and we were happy with that until it died so we are hoping this one will keep cleaning the dishes for the next 15-20 years too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a Kitchen Aide about a month ago. Absolutely love it! So much that I will be upgrading my refrigerator and stove to match. However, I will need to renovate my kitchen to do so.
