Stopped working, don’t spend the money

Bought this dishwasher is July 2019 and it stopped working correctly July of 2023 just after any warranty would cover it. Replaced a few different parts trying to fix it but still does not wash correctly or drain. Bought a Kitchen Aid stove at the same time and the knobs are already breaking off. “High End” without the quality! Will never again buy Kitchen Aid appliances.

Faulty settings, peeling paint
on August 14, 2024

We bought this dishwasher just over two years ago after researching for months to find exactly what we wanted. From the get-go, the functions were faulty, and we lost most of the normal wash capabilities and had to do the super hot water and extended cycle. They would reset if we unplugged the appliance or reset the circuit breaker, but otherwise we have been stuck with tough wash or pro wash settings. Now, likely as a function of having to run it on hot temperatures, the paint is all peeling off the top and the vent. It cleans relatively well, but we have been very disappointed with the quality of this product for the price we paid.

Do not recommend SS - Rust!

We have had this dishwasher for 2 years and it functions well to clean dishes.
We have replaced the SS front panel already due to rust and the 2nd panel is rusting quickly on the edges as well.

It's dangerous, broken and underperforms.

Issue after issue with this thing. Today's problem are the rollers that the racks slide on have fallen off. They're supposed to snap into place but it's worn out already????!!! ya, so middle rack is absolutely useless and now sits on the kitchen table.
The heat dry option doesn't work, it just makes the entire load smell like musty old food.
When you open the dishwasher door, it makes a pool of water on the floor from the steam port. Have slipped and nearly broke my neck falling down because of it. Seriously considering seeking legal advice on that.
The spring that controls the door from slamming open snapped! so now there's no control when opening the door.
Your dishes are always filled with bubbles when filling cups with drinks. This cant be good for you and I am even using the recommended soap and drying agent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It leaks from the credit card size slot after it runs. A tech has worked on it twice. No fix yet.
