[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soap dispenser does not open when running the dishwasher! Had to call Spenser's and the had a repair service person come to the house. The soap dispenser mechanism has to be replaced! Was this dishwasher checked prior to leaving the factory to work properly??? Poor workmanship, Poor quality check. had to buy tablets to use the dishwasher until dishwasher is repaired - one week period until replacement is installed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new dishwasher listed as 39 dba. had a very loud noise coming from behind the access panel. Sent this one back and now have a new one .. I still do not understand the 39 dba rating ,for I do hear the dishwasher at times when I am in my bedroom. Wish me luck on number two dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed. Does not dry the dishes well on either heated dry or extended heat dry. Should not have e to hand dry most everything coming out of dishwasher. Also stainless front doesn't clean well. Streaks, water spots. Blah Positive- very quiet to run.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet but racks are terrible very flimsy and can not fit big pans even with top rack adjusted. 3rd rack is a joke it doesn't hold anything and doesn't clean what's up there
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this dishwasher and paid to upgrade it from my builder. But now because I went through the builder to get a brand new dishwasher I'm unable to purchase a warranty. I did not received the numeric code so therefore I cannot get the most cost effective warranty. Had I known this I would have stuck with Whirlpool.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s been a couple of months we’re using and it’s very quiet and cleans well. Spacious and feels premium built.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and have nothing but good things to say about it. My only complaint is that every time I open it to put in dishes and silverware I accidentally touch the time and wash controls, which means I have to push the "cancel" button on the right hand side. A simple problem with a simple solution. It is very easy to load, the quality of the wash is outstanding, it is extremely quiet - could you ask for anything more? These people have been in business for more than 100 years and their dedication to quality assurance is consistent.
