A Great, Quiet Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid dishwasher replaced the original KitchenAid dishwasher we've had since we moved into this home 16 and 1/2 years ago. I really enjoy its features and it is incredibly quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] his utensil rack is great! I love not having to put everything on the lower level in a basket. I also love how this feature has a middle area which I can place low-profile items like ramekins and small dipping sauce bowls.

Extra drawer in top of dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last month since our current dishwasher was in need of repair. It was a KitchenAid and had given us good service, but it was time to replace it. We are mostly happy with the new dishwasher however it is not as quiet as the previous one. We were told by the salesman the new one would be quieter than the old one, but it is not. Other than that, it seems to be performing well.

Leaks after 2 years

Bought this 10/2023, I liked that the interior was metal not plastic. However, we’ve been dealing with a leaking door seal for months! The dishwasher was less than 2 years old when the seal failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY

I have had this dishwasher for a month and it has never worked. I have tired to contact them via chat, phone, and email and can never get anyone. DO NOT buy this dishwasher it doesn't work and you can never reach anyone about any issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher has never worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago and and it has never worked. I am trying to get it replaced but Kitchenaid is saying no. They will fix it which will cost almost the same as a new one and the tech will be in my house for a full day to do it! Can you imagine no dishwasher for over a month now!!!
