Save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. Loaded it up for the first time it ran for about 5 mins the shut off. Tried it again same thing. Did this at least 5 times. Now it’s been sitting there collecting dust till a service guy can come and take a look. Spent all that money to look at it. The service company is over a month out. I should have just taking it back and returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and already have had to service it because the control board was bad. I’ve always loved Kitchen Aid but will not in the future and now they are telling me I have to wait for the new board.

Where's clock?

Doesn’t clean well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not happy with my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Some of the utensils come out with a whitish coating on them. The items in the middle rack do not get very clean. I can feel the grit inside of them. I use a rinse aid.

Defective out of the box!

Recently purchased this unit despite seeing negative reviews thinking Kitchen Aid is a reputable company and I'm sure they addressed the issues with this product. Certainly not the case, after installing and running the start up cycle a 7-2 error code was displayed, according the Owners manual its "pump failure". The same issue multiple other customers have reported. Its apparent that Kitchen Aid has a bad batch of these units out in circulation and instead of recalling them they are letting them be installed then dealing with service calls. Absolutely ridiculous, now I have to spend time on the phone, scheduling a service call for a technician to come out to "verify" the problem and attempt to fix it. What a poor way to do business and ensure a terrible customer experience.
Bottom line, save the hassle and buy another brand unit.

I'm in Love!

It runs so quietly that the first time I ran it, I kept opening up the door to make sure it was working. The resume feature works perfectly, too. :)

Dont believe 39db

As loud as my 17y.o Kitchenaid dishwasher. The old dishwasher was old and to expensive to repair, to stop leaking. It looks good and was told that you almost have to put your hand on the dishwasher to see if it running. That was not true. It looks good, and has a good interior rack layout. I was willing to pay any price for a quiet, and this is not the item. Consumer Reports advised dont believe db ratings as they are from the manufacturer. I should have bought a Bosch, as I have witnessed they "quiet". Total disappointed on the false statement of quietest. I wish I can return at no cost to me, I would do it.

Broken twice in less than a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my new house on Dec 16,2023. They have already been out to replace the top panel once because normal and express wash was not working. It is broken again. This is the 2nd time in less than a month. It was an expensive dishwasher and it does not work.
