Nice Dishwasher once Fixed

We purchased this dishwasher a year ago. After one month, it began making funny noises. Technician replaced motor, pump, and many of the connections. Has run fine since.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans well but very lightweight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not solid like my old Kitchenaide. The racks are light so they fly open. The handle sticks out way too far. And there is an odor soon after loading!

Replaced a 2 year old LG dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 2 year old LG dishwasher and I am extremely happy that I did. The LG was very noisy, even though it's marketed noise rating was below 50 db. It also did not dry dishes and it's cycles were extremely long. The KitchenAid is so quiet that I have to put my hand on the front of it to make sure that it is actually running, the cycles are no where near as long as they were on the LG, and it thoroughly dries the dishes to which the LG did not.

Doesn't dry very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't dry the dishes. I have to hand dry most of them after the cycle. I've tried leaving them in for a long time after the cycle and also opening the door after the cycle. Still wet. The unit I replace did a better job drying the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
