[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Kitchenaid brand dishwasher. We have had it for about two weeks. This is the best dishwasher we have ever had, and we have had several brands and models. Our previous dishwasher was so loud, it could be heard in our bedroom. This unit is whisper quiet, and at times, only the blue light lets us know it is running. Very good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok dishwasher...but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good in my kitchen. Cleans dishes well. The racks do NOT keep the dishes straight. Dishes easily fall sideways within the lower rack. Dishes are not supported in a stable way by the pins/wires of the lower rack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after < 1 year and waiting 3 mos for repair

Bought our dishwasher less than a year ago. It stopped working and we've been waiting 3 months for it to be repaired. We've had 4 different parts changed, just waited 6 weeks for another part and again today the dishwasher still doesn't work. I'm ready to buy a new one from a different company just to make this end. Customer service is a pain because they use a 3rd party repair service so everyone keeps passing the problem to the next person.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
