The regular wash seems to take almost 2 hours, so I only use the express wash and the dishes are clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into my new home with my KitchenAid dishwasher about 3 weeks ago. Using the provided diagram that suggests how to load it, I think I've figured out the best way to load my dishes. I've never had the third level utensil rack but I'm finding it to be handy for plastic lids for my glass storage containers, as well as for utensils that I was never able to put in my previous dishwasher. I did find that tongs with stuck-on spices from where I grilled chicken did not come completely clean on the utensil rack, so I'll rinse those a bit before I add them to the top rack next time. Otherwise, dishes are coming out clean and dry. The dishwasher is extremely quiet when its running, so no need to wait until bedtime before I turn it on. Overall, I'm liking the new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Kitchenaid dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans well. It does not seem to dry, though. We’ve had an appliance person out who said that our water doesn’t get hot fast enough for the drying feature to work. So odd so we open it just before it’s done to keg steam out and close it and that helps. Otherwise we live the features, the quiet, the third rack as well.
