[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the racks but am surprised at how long it takes for a cycle. Previously had Bosch. Wish there was a way to lock the controls as I manage to start a cycle each time I open and close it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and gets the dishes clean. Stacking of the dishes takes a bit to get used to, but we are quick learners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had dishwasher for about a month and so far, I’m very satisfied. It gets the dishes clean, dried, and no spots on the glasses. And, it incredibly quiet.

Quiet Kitchen Aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this dishwasher for about a month now. The most impressive feature is how quiet it is. At first we had to get real close before we could hear that it was going through the cycles. The racks are tough to get used to but we wonder about the value of the third rack. By far the least impressive part of the dishwasher was the install. There is not enough room under the machine to bring out the water supply, drain and electrical as the directions state. Do the opposite by hooking up the connections to the machine first.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it is nice and quiet and cleans well. Definitely not the quality of the kitchenaid I bought 15 years ago. Half the price but way too many plastic parts and half the quality.

Disappointing and smelly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our 300 series with a 200 series Kitchen-Aid dishwasher (to save money - broke after just 5 years!!!) — I couldn’t decide if I should give it two stars or three… I may be overly generous here with 3 stars, but the machine cleans quite well, the layout is perfect for me, and it’s very quiet. All good. However, I have a bloodhound’s nose and hate when a dishwasher smells— and I find this machine needs cleaning after every time I use it. That is not acceptable, too much work and still it smells. Must be a design flaw. Im fastidious about cleaning the filter but can’t figure it out and good luck trying to reach anybody at Kitchen-Aid. The phone number goes into a phone tree that does not include anything about customer service only orders, and I tried the contact link online That after all the time spent filling in the form evaporated after I click that I am not a robot box. Lots of waste of time no Satisfaction so I’m not happy with Kitchen-Aid. All I know is that my Mila never gave me any trouble and over 15 years in our last house. … but I bought a whole package for newly built kitchen in this house and liked the look, functionality, and price of the Kitchen-Aid. I’m not able to give it high marks. Refrigerator big drawer where I store our meats and cheeses is so broken it’s got duct tape holding it together… grrr. Again,, less than five years old, and I am a careful user! I deeply resent so much shabby manufacturing that drives up in the landfill while enriching corporations with repeat purchases. All I can say is good luck finding a well-made product and reasonable customer service
