Beautiful machine and so quiet. The new feature of the third shelf is great. Very happy with my new Kitchen-Aid Dishwasher.

Fantastic dishwasher but just a little small.

We've really been enjoying it, and the utensil rack on top is an absolute genius idea, however the lower area is just a *little* too small to accommodate large plates, which is a bit of a headache. All in all it's a really nice unit, but it's capacity seems quite a bit smaller than similar units, which is disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
