[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet (important to me) and it does an outstanding job. I always wanted to try a KitchenAid and now I'm glad I have.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had 18 years of the previous dishwasher (another brand) and it was on its last legs for many years. The new Maytag is like a new breath of fresh air!! Love it!! It is very silent operating and does a great job. I have a tendency to load as much dishware that will possibly fit and the results of cleaning is always perfect! Could not be happier that this is the one I picked!

Lesser quality, same price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved and thought I was getting a similar dishwasher, it was a three tier, like my former but this doesn't have third tier CLEANING, it just has a flimsy top rack that can't fit much. I paid the same amount so I feel a little cheated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the dishwasher, except it is difficult on the lower level to stand any pots up so they can get clean. Not sure I am loading it correctly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy to have this dishwasher! my old one was loud and when it was time to replace it, I found this to be the best priced dishwasher with that level of quietness. It cleans my dishes so well, very happy with it

Shelf gaps are too big !
on April 25, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s just ok. The top rack barely fits anything besides standard silverware. I should be able to adjust that an inch lower. There should be a quick sheet for how to use based on details of the cycle. It makes a pounding noise intermittently throughout the cycles. Other than that it’s quiet for the whole 2-3 hours that it runs 🤦♀️ The gaps on each shelf are so wide that it’s difficult to load smaller items in an organized manner.

Dishwasher had a major design flaw
on April 26, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was provided as part of an appliance package for a new home build. I would have to say that it does do a good job of washing dishes, but there is a major flaw. There is no way to lock the door to prevent kids from opening it during a wash cycle. It runs relatively quiet, so naturally someone would not realize it’s in the middle of a cycle. A simple locking mechanism on the door, like most dishwashers provide, would prevent someone from accidentally opening it during a cycle and is also the perfect indicator that the dishes are clean. There is no lock functionality on this dishwasher which is a major drawback. I just don’t understand why it is not designed in that way.
