(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very quiet machine and washes dishes very well. I do find that even tho it is only a few months old it really needs to be run with a cleaning solution every few weeks to avoid un fresh scents.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the dishwasher a few months ago and am very pleased that I did. It has great features, a well designed layout for loading, a third rack for additional items, and it is very quiet.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great upgrade from our old Miele. Not a lot of space, but adjustable to accommodate small to medium loads easily.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This dishwasher was purchased a few months ago so this rating is based on a few months of usage. The dishes come out of the dishwasher sparking clean. I previously was using a Bosch dishwasher and I thought I would try a different brand. After a few months use I prefer to use the Kitchenaid dishwasher. The Kitchenaid dishwasher allows for a lot of items to be loaded. It is also quiet when in use.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s so quiet I had to lean my ear against it to make sure it was on! The only drawback is that it takes 2.5 HOURS to do a load on “normal”.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) June 24 my dishwasher was delivered and was professionally installed. We are very happy with how quiet it operates. And it does a great job in getting the dishes and glasses clean. The top rack for large knives is handy too. Once we get used to having this option we wont be wondering where some of our utensils are.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Premium feel because the machine motor is absolutely quiet and the stainless steel body is quite good. Could be better because of the following:
My buying experience was a nightmare - to say the least. But that has nothing to do with Kitchenaid- just that it makes the ownership experience even more difficult as I will never contact the dealer for any of my concerns. So here are the concerns I have with the dishwasher- received it after the nightmare - delivered to my doorstep. However installation took a couple of weeks and when I checked, saw that the front left support leg was broken! Absolutely surprised to see it is made of plastic and housed in a plastic threaded mould. With no mind to reach back to the horrible dealer , fastened it with a few plastic ties. On installing, found that the wash arm above the main tray made a cracking sound. Lived with the sound for many weeks and now it kind of smoothened itself. Not sure if this will hurt in the long run. Now the machine runs well. But the broken leg is a permanent concern etched in mind and feel that slowly the machine is leaning towards the broken leg( fastening with plastic ties coming loose) Cleaning seems good 95% of the time. 5% of the time it leaves some dark burnt food like residue in cups after the wash. Also had high hopes of the third rack. But it sits unused as the cleaning in the third rack is very poor. Anyway that’s my experience. 4 stars to say it is good. Not an impressive experience due to the above .
