[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm beginning to love this thing! It has taken awhile to figure out the configuration of the dirty dishes in the different dish racks, but now that I'm getting experienced with it I'm just elated. Wise purchase!!!

Some good features; some not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that the wine stems were not included in the purchase. Wine glasses won’t stand upon the top rack and water pools which necessitates wiping each glass when washing/drying is completed. Also, the control panel on top is extremely sensitive. Any time you pull the door down (or barely touch) the buttons it activates and the machine starts running. Very annoying.
Best feature is how quiet the machine is when running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans dishes very well and is whisper quiet. Third rack not really necessary. I would prefer more space for pots and pans.

Worst Detergent Container Ever

This dishwasher is slightly better than some others currently on the market, which isn't saying much. Unlike some others which unaccountably are built today with no heating element and leave dishes soaking wet, this one mostly dries the dishes and leaves the interior of the dishwasher only lightly damp. Why damp at all?? Who knows. My old dishwasher - only about 9 years old before its electrical control panel went out and we found they no longer make that control panel anywhere - never left dishes wet and was never coated with dampness at the end of a run. The WORST thing about this dishwasher is the terrible cup that is meant to hold detergent. Unlike solid old-style detergent cups that closed securely whether you used powder, liquid or those terrible micro-plastic residue "pods", this one will NOT snap shut if you are even a tiny bit off in the amount of detergent you pour in. It is TERRIBLE, and worst of all is the new "style" for all new dishwashers on the market. WHY would they make a change that makes using the appliance difficult in a way that was never difficult in the past 30 years of dishwasher design? We currently have a bit too much powder that spilled into the cup area, and no matter how much we scoop out, the cup will not close. We have been trying for 10 minutes and getting detergent everywhere, but we're still stuck and unable to close the flimsy little stupid flap so we can start the appliance for the night. "Troubleshooting" on the website gives us no solution. THIS MUST BE CHANGED BACK TO THE GOOD, SOLID FORMER DESIGN. I find this nothing better than a design defect.
