[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this KitchenAid dishwasher to replace our 20 yr old KitchenAid dishwasher. It still ran when we could get the touch panel to activate the wash cycle Cleans superbly great and is very quiet.

Too soon for repair.

Super quiet dishwasher with great features

Rusts in under 2 years

This unit rusted on the front “stainless” in less than 2 years. Steam vent and bottom from face stainless steel began rusting. We notified KitchenAid and did everything to have them help with the issue. The refused stating the unit was no longer under warranty. They also stated that it was a cosmetic issue, not a mechanical issue and they wouldn’t do anything about it either way. We purchased this to replace our other KitchenAid dishwasher but will never purchase anything from KitchenAid again. They don’t stand behind their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

awful customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have replaced it with the same exact model which was about 5 yrs old. Our whole kitchen is kitchinaid and all have problems Stove, Refrigerator, microwave. if we had to do it over i would not buy this product, We are forced to because of the theme of our kitchen.I reached out to you a year ago for some assistance and your people turned me down cold. I would highly NOT recommend your company to friends because of the terrible and cold customer service i experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 22 year old Bosch with the KitchenAid. I like that the new one is almost as quiet as our old one. I liked the lower rack better on the Bosch (much better design) but I do like the third top rack on our new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a GE dishwasher (4 years old ) and did not think it was very good at cleaning normanl dinner dishes. Now I have a new Kitchen Aid. I've used it 4 times, twice to clean all my beverage glasses and once for a set of 3 dinner plates, silverware and a few glasses. Rinsed dishes first then washed on NORMAL. Not happy with the results at all. NOT as clean as I expected.
