Solid machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this model installed in our new home because we had the same model in our old home. This is a great dishwasher! Absolutely silent when it is running and the dishes always come out clean. Can't ask for more than that. We look forward to years of trouble free service from this machine just as we had experienced from the previous machine.

Brand new and doesn’t work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is a brand new unit in a new construction home. It didn’t work from day 1. We had to register the appliance and schedule service and wait for the tech to show up at the end of a 6 hour window only to find out that it has a faulty part that is leaking and the part was not in the tech’s truck. We had to schedule a second service call and have been given another 6 hour window for the second visit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the 3rd rack for utensils

Very quiet. Hoping it lasts..............

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit works well. Third level utensil rack should NOT have specific slots as they do not fit our utensils. Older model unit from six years ago had a better utensil rack. Hopefully this unit lasts longer than our previous model where the wash motor quit after six years (and only 3 years of use - we are snowbirds) Cost to repair was almost the price of the new unit!

SUPER QUIET

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SUPER quiet. Just wish it had a countdown to how many minutes left in a cycle, but not a deal breaker. Lots of room, dries very efficiently and is so quiet I cant hear it running- thank goodness for the light to know if its on or not
