Not Kitchenaid I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have depended on Kitchenaid Quality but this was a lemon. We moved and build a new home. Purchase all new Kitchenaid Appliances. Everything seemed good. And love all the ones that are working. After a week in the new built home I realized I had used the dishwasher. It doesn’t work! Had service man From appliance store where we purchased to service it. He has been out twice. First thought it was a sensor, Now he thinks it’s the computer board!? Or what inside the door. Yes he torn it apart trying to find the reason it’s not working.
I purchased was supposed to get a rebate for these nothing! Very disappointed

Stealthily Clean Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the dishwasher and are very happy that we did. Our last one was sooooo loud that you could not have a conversation in the kitchen. This KitchenAid is quiet enough that the grandkids dont run off covering their ears when it is running. It also cleans the dishes, btw.

You Get What You Pay For.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced a 4 year old LG pile of garbage and it easily outperforms it is every aspect. When the LG started malfunctioning I called 4 different appliance repair businesses and not one of them would service an LG dishwasher. I called LG service and they quoted me a flat rate price without even knowing what was wrong with the dishwasher. That made my decision easy to buy a new dishwasher rather than have the LG serviced. Kitchen Aid has not disappointed.
