Doesn't hold enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As advertised, it is a quiet dishwasher. However, the tines are too far apart in all three drawers, so it will not hold nearly as much as our old Bosch.

Silent and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 30 year old dishwasher with this one and the difference is night and day. This dishwasher is so silent I don't even know if it is running at times. It cleans very well also. I am the type to rinse my dishes off prior to putting them in the dishwasher so they appear more or less clean already but this thing will even power through the stuff my kids leave stuck to the plates. I will say that it seems to run really hot though. I put some silly straws in the top drawer and they came out more or less curved back into a normal straw shape.

Excellent dishwasher

It is easy to load, does a wonderful job, and is so quiet I can't hear it running. I also love the express wash which is a one hour cycle. It is an excellent dishwasher!

Extremely Dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dishwasher was a KitchenAid and I was thrilled. The pump died so we bought a new one. I HATE this dishwasher. The top (third) rack is useless. This dishwasher does NOT dry anything even on extended heated dry. I have two infants and the baby bottles come out soiled. I am miserable. I will never buy KichenAid again. Run away from this dishwasher as fast as you can!

Disappointing

We have had this dishwasher for about 4 years and while it has some great features, overall I am quite disappointed. It looks great, love the utensil shelf, great capacity and quiet operation. My issues are with the actual cleaning power. Probably a couple times a week I have to do a second wash because the dishes are not clean. We had tried every brand of soap, makes no difference. The placement of the soap dispenser limits what dishes you can put on the bottom drawer, otherwise the soap stays on the door or front corner of the dishwasher. Overall very disappointed - we bought a whole kitchen of KitchenAid appliances and to be honest I don't love any of them. Just my 2 cents!

This dishwasher exceeds all my expectations!

Our tenants downstairs offer a variety of counselling services to our community and from Monday to Friday we keep quiet activities front of mind. Our 39 decibel KitchenAid dishwasher is perfect for maintaining 'good neighbour' sound levels along with rock wool floor insulation and other choices we made along the way. It's simply the best dishwasher we've ever used.
