Love the 3rd rack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our recent purchase of a KitchenAid38 dBAdishwasherin PrintShieldfinosh. I didn’t think I’d have any use for the top third row rack, but I use it everyday. For small bowls, ramekins, lids and utensils. It has freed up even more room in the already spacious design. We have large dinner plates that fit in side by side no problem. It’s unbelievable how quietly it runs and how clean everything is. I wish we had purchased this sooner.

It is the quietest dishwasher we have ever had. We have a open living area, and you cannot hear it running in the kitchen. We'll built, and the 3 racks provide lots of space for dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More costly than other brands. But amazingly quiet. It cleans well, even on short cycles. Attractive case.
Two issues: We have the model with the shelf, which is fine. But there is no accommodation for stemware in this model, which is inconvenient.
As well, we purchased an extended warranty, but received no documentation for it. Who do I contact, if needed?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine washes fine but I can't get the drying process to work well. Everything is wet. The user manual does not explain the operation of the controls.
