Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 20 years I finally had to get a new dishwasher. Models I wanted simply were not available during the Pandemic, but then finally this one on my list was. Installed without a problem, and major upgrades from a 20 year old dishwasher! It is so quiet when i first ran it I wasn't sure it was actually running. Cleans dishes great without rinsing; glasses come out clear with no spotting; adjustable rack and top rack are very convenient for packing large items and loads. I have a habit of hitting the buttons when I open and close the door, but I'm retraining my opening habit to resolve that. So far I love it.

Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about two months ago and it is so quiet you can't believe it is on, even when standing next to it! It cleans everything so great, even tea stains in tea cups come out without extra hand washing.
You should seriously check this appliance out if you are in need of a new dishwasher.

Quiet Operation and Solid Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about a month or so ago to replace a 20 year old very quiet Bosch. So, I searched for Bosch replacement but once I checked out this KitchenAid dishwasher, I was sold: Super Quiet, High Capacity and SIMPLE to Operate... for it's price point, so far it has exceeded my expectations: besides quiet operation, the heated dry feature is great (my old unit did not have this feature, a lot of DWs don't for some reason; odd??) and the dishes come out sparkling clean! The utensil tray at the top is great too... easy loading and keeps forks/spoons/etc. sorted for easy unloading. The interior seams to be larger than the other models I looked at as well. Going back to ease of operation, so many of the more expensive units are so much more complex and quite frankly, some seemed to be of a lower quality of materials: plastic interiors, etc. At this point I am super satisfied! If not for the status light on the face of the dishwasher, I would not even know (or believe) it was running, it is SO QUIET! 6 stars out of 5... You won't be disappointed with this unit. Cheers!

New dishwasher doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher has never worked. The repairman came today and installed a new motor for the water pump. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. I am very disappointed that I had trouble with a brand new dishwasher. I purchased 4 major Kitchen Aid appliances for my kitchen remodel and I have had to have a repair person for all 4 of them since they were installed. I’m unhappy about Kitchen Aid quality and quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Dishwasher I've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is literally the worst dishwasher I've ever owned. When you get done with a cycle and open the door water pours out of the vent in the front onto the floor. Every time there is at least a 20 sq in water puddle you have to wipe up. It also does a horrific job drying even when you put it on the extended drying cycle.
If you buy this ensure you also purchase ample paper towel as you'll be not only wiping up the water pouring out of the front but also all of the water from the non-dry dishes/cups that will be dripping all over your kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
