Still the best

Despite being out of warranty, the company backed up its product and I have been a loyal consumer ever since. I have always purchased Kitchen Aid dishwashers and this latest one is up to standard: cleans thoroughly, quiet. Great job!

Early operational issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher only month ago and already have issues with the controls. The "normal" cycle button does not work and the soap dish does not close.
The three shelves are unnecessary. The shelves are also much lower that on the prior dishwashers so you have to bend more to load them.
The cycles are very quiet and the dishes come out clean.
