Great Features and SO Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for a couple of weeks now and I love it! My home is open concept downstairs and this machine is so quiet that I have to check the light to see if it is running. My dishes have never been cleaner and for the first time I put pots and pans in and they have never been cleaner. The adjustable middle rack and third level utensil rack are great additions and I even love the utensil holder. Thoughtful design and whisper quiet make this the best machine I have ever had and I am 71 years old!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible. I never write reviews but this dishwasher doesnt work. It just hums and shuts off. I wasnt able to even do 1 load of dishes. I asked for a new dishwasher and Kithchen Aid rep told me they only replace parts under the warranty. I have definitely lost trust in the brand and will never buy Kitchen Aid products again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
