Great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are liking this Kitchenaid dishwasher so far. We've been using it for several weeks. Cleans well and is way quieter than the one we replaced. I don't really trust that 3rd tiny shelf in the top if it's a real dirty spoon or spatula but I do put knives up there! I do like the controls hidden on the top of the door!
I would recommend this to a friend!

WATER LEAKS FROM FRONT VENT
on March 30, 2024

This dishwasher is so quiet there are times I check the front panel controls to see that it is actually running. Cleans dishwes very well and the 3rd rack for cutlery is a bonus. Door opens smoothly and bottom rack stays put when it is pulled out to load or unload dishes. THE MAJOR PROBLEM is the FRONT VENT on CONTROL PANEL LEAKS WATER onto the floor when the door is opened. Event though we engage the Heat Dry cycle or Extended Heat Dry in the wash cycle, water leaks from this front vent when the door is opened - A NUISANCE AT ANY PRICE! I Previously owned 2 new LG dishwashers in other homes - never experienced this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new KitchenAid dishwasher! It looks beautiful in my kitchen and it is whisper quiet. The first time I ran it I had to listen for some noise to make sure it was running. The dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. I am very happy that I got the KitchenAid with the top controls. I bought it in white, it is very high end in appearance and function. I also am very happy that it has the stainless steel interior and not plastic like some others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t really write a review of the dishwasher since it is still not working over two weeks after we bought it. I love the looks of the dishwasher and that it has three racks. The store where we bought it from installed it and evidently the installer didn’t hook up the hoses correctly so it doesn’t drain properly. The first time we called the store, our salesman said we had to call the manufacturer, because it is under warranty. The tech from whirlpool came and after examining it said that the dishwasher works okay but the hoses were twisted, making it not drain correctly. The installers came out again, and ran a short cycle and it drained. Two days later we tried to use it and it cut off again and gave error codes. We are ready to have the store where we bought it pull it out and give us a full refund!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once we had the motor replaced the dishwasher was he er has lived up to expectations. It's quiet and does a CC terrific job cleaning the dishes.
We were disappointed that the service person did not bring a replacement motor initially as we had provided the error code when we booked the service. After he confirmed the problem on the 1st visit we had to wait another week for him to return with the part.
