Quiet, adjustable rack,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet it is. Surprise when we got the third rack we weren’t expecting, but I just love it. I was surprised how long it took to wash, but then decided I might as well just do it at night, and it didn’t matter how long it took.

Leaks with expensive repair after 5yrs

We have had this dishwasher for 5yrs and it already leaking. I should have bought a lesser brand that would have lasted just as long....maybe longer. Leaked on my hardwood and into my basement. Now the repair is over half the price of buying a new one and actually more than just buying a cheaper brand. Expected more than this out of KitchenAid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really like the third rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The third rack is great for kids sippy cup lids. Don't have to worry about them falling down and melting on the heating element. Also, this dishwasher gets oatmeal bowls clean and dries well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because it was rated 39dBA. Well it's louder than I thought it was going to be. I had a Kitchenaid dishwasher rated 39dBA that you couldn't hear. I would have purchased the same one I had but it was discontinued. So I'm very disappointed with this new one!!!
