Wish Dishwasher Would Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than a week and never was used started beeping and blinking clean. Keypad was not functioning. Ended up getting a replacement from place of purchase. KitchenAid tech support was not helpful at all. I was very shocked since I had Kitchenaid appliances in the past with no problems. I guess they don't make their products like they used to.

Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be happier with our purchase. This machine does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes and is super quiet when running. The arrangement of the shelves seems perfect. We always seem to load the machine to its capacity. Somehow this machine occupies the same space as our Bosch that it replaced but allows for a larger load of dishes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i brought this dish washer when they delivered on 12/16/22 . my plumber was very busy and didn't put the dishwasher in until1/29/23 it had scratches two of them on front door 2 in and1in. they told me that i had 30 days to check it out it was under film.on the door i wouldn't have found it until he had done the work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Factory Defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and installed January 5. A factory installed plastic connector to the drain was defective and flooded our kitchen. The replacement unit is very quiet and is performing as expected. We own several KitchenAid products and they have all been good quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
