Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher hasn’t worked from the day it was installed and I’ve had a terrible time trying to get it repaired. I ended up finding my own repair company and paying for the repair. When I call Kitchen Aid with part number, I never got a response., I’m very disappointed, because I’ve had good luck with Kitchen Aid in the past.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Substandard features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher rack is much poorer quality than a Kitchen Aide dishwasher of 9 years ago. Silverware does not stay in place on the upper rack. No room for large service utensils and cooking utensils. Middle rack does not support tall glassware. Unattractive external door handle. Dishwasher did not fit well into the existing standard space. Our last Kitchen Aide dishwasher fit perfectly and was of higher quality and held wineglasses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher is defective and can’t be used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher has been installed but is NOT usable. The bottom sprayer arm is defective and part has been on order for 3+ weeks. VERY disappointed - so looking forward to my new appliance and can’t use it. The only good thing I can say about it right now is that it looks nice. Thought I replace all my appliances with kitchen aid but…..perhaps I’m regretting the decision. I would rate it less than 1 at this point as I have no idea if the dishwasher is good, bad or indifferent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
