[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been on my new house which came with this dishwasher as part of the appliance upgrade package. Cleans fine, but does not dry the dishes, they are always wet at end of the cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll begin with the positives, it's quiet, looks good and cleans well. Critiques, I wish that the bottom rack prongs would lay flat when loading larger items and that the utensil tray cover flipped upwards instead of removing the cover entirely. It also feels lower to the floor so I have to bend down further to load items in the bottom area. lastly, the front of dishwasher doesn't lay flat on it's own when open, I have to push the front down manually to for it to lay flat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazingly quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an open living room, dining room, kitchen in a 1,450 sq. foot townhouse. The dishwasher that was here when we bought the place was so noisy that we couldn't watch TV or sleep! This Kitchen Aid dishwasher is so quiet that we check to make sure it's running! It cleans great and has a light that stays in to tell that the dishes are clean. Great trays inside for easy loading and unloading! Love it!

Terrible customer support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Kitchenaide dishwasher on March 3, 2024 and installed it on March 5, 2024. Today, April 5, 2024 is the first day the dishwasher has run properly after exhaustive efforts to contact customer support and schedule servicing. After three service visits, spanning 2 full weeks (3/25, 3/26 and 4/5, each visit requiring me to take time off from work), the dishwasher is finally functioning. The tech ended up replacing the motor, control module and finally the wiring harness. This entire process took much too long and too much effort on my part. Additionally, I feel like I'm left with a Frankenstein unit and worry about long-term reliability. I am very disappointed with this entire experience and would have a hard time recommending a KA product to friends and family.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
