So Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the third rack as this leaves room for a lot of glasses and mugs on the next rack. Also, the silverware container has various slot widths. Everything fits but the best feature is how quiet this is. I have to stop and listen to make sure it is running.

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed about a month ago. Effective cleaning. Very, very quiet. Fairly intuitive controls. Above average installation effort for homeowner, even changing out from previous KitchenAid. Connections were not similarly located; parts must be removed before connecting water supply, and electrical hookup a bit different requiring modification from deinstalled unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is very quiet, attractive and really cleans dishes well. I love the space and how well I can load my dishes and silverware. The only issue I have is how frequently I hit the buttons inadvertently because of the design. This is little more than an annoyance though.

Cleans Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet which is it's greaestt feature. My old KitchenAid was noisy.
The feature I don't like is that on a short wash it fills and empties, fills and empties. Where is the 'short' part?
My old KitchenAid could have the heated drying cycle turned off and the dishes still came out dry by sheer evaporation of the last hot water rinse.
With this new one, if I eliminate the drying cycle they're cold with water clinging minutes after the cycle ends. I cannot figure it out.
