[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dishwasher it cleans the dishes well. The normal cycle is long bit that seems to be the case with all dishwashers these days. I had a kitchen aid in the past and I thought the bottom rack was set up better than this one where I could fit a lot more dishes. I also didn’t love the silverware basket as it wasn’t as flexible as my old one because the basket with the slots for each utensils didn’t flip up. You had to slide it off to remove completely. I actually happened to have my old basket and just am using that instead. Not sure why they changed that design. It was COVID and hard to get appliances so I wasn’t able to see it in person. Had I seen it in person, I probably would have gotten a different model. My main concern was the quiet factor which is where it delivers. I have a open kitchen and wanted quiet and I barely hear it sometimes I can’t hear it at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher after my last one started marking horrible noises and the racks were rusted. I’ve had my Kitchenaide dishwasher for about a month and I love it! It is so quiet I can only hear it if there aren’t any other noises in the house. And the 3rd rack is so much deeper than my last one, I can put so much in there!
I do miss the fold down option on the rack and the timer on the door but overall I’m very happy with this dishwasher.

Love this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many different brands of dishwashers including expensive European models and this one by far out performs them all. I am also an interior designer and will highly recommend it to my clients. It is so quiet and gets the dishes sparkling clean. I do use the recommended detergent and rinse aid.

It is quiet while running but there are always some items not clean, from coffee cups not clean on inside to random silverware with food still on it. Not sure why but seems to be random and things right next to them are spotless!
