Exceeds my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were updating our kitchen and decided that we had to replace our old dishwasher. It Our old dishwasher was noisy, didn’t do a good job cleaning our dishes and showed water spots and fingerprints that we couldn’t get off. After extensive research we settled on the KitchenAid 39dBA Dishwasher. It has exceeded our expectations. Cleans great, is very quiet and no more fingerprints or watermarks.

Satisfactory performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher performs fine (occasionally does not clean fats like peanut butter off of utensils) but I do not like the fact that one has to touch the “business end” of the sanitized utensils when unloading. Too bad they do not fit in basket with “business end” down.

Super Quiet and Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet and sleek. The handle is nice to grip onto when pulling the door open. The adjustable rack makes it convenient for loading taller items. I love my KitchenAid products.

Used 6 times and stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used 6 times and it stopped working. Repair person came to diagnose. Left and now waiting to get another appt for him to install the needed piece to fix. Purchase 11/22 it is now 4/28/23
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatest product ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher after my old one started leaking. It was an off brand and it came with the house so it was time to be replaced. It was bought at a national retail home goods/hardware store. It came extremely well protected in its box from the factory.
I was able to remove the old and replace the new Kitchenaid dishwasher with ease, by myself. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. I did have to purchase an adapter for the discharge hose, but that was the only hiccup.
My wife and I couldn't believe how quiet this appliance is compared to the old one. We have a log cabin and almost everything is in one room and when the dishwasher was running, you could hardly listen to the television. Now, my wife and have to go over the the new Kitchenaid to hear it to make sure it's still on. AMAZING!
