Quiet, but cycle is too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the dishwasher in July 2022 with a long lead time for delivery (as with the remaining suite of Kitchen Aid appliances) and it was installed in March of 2023. Washes well and is quiet, but takes too much time. We tend to run it overnight as it takes a good 6 hours to finish through the dry cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tell all my friend NOT to BUY anything from KitchenAid, when we open the box to our dishwasher after having it for a few Months the dishwasher had a Dent on it! i told my they are only going to give her the run around. That sad very sad, looking at what we Paid for it. Please Don't Buy KitchenAid Very cheaply Made

I love this dishwasher for many reasons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a dishwasher with several specific things and this model met checked every box. I did not go to the big box stores to get- found a little mom and pop appliance store and he listed to what I wanted and got the perfect match.
1) wanted it made out of stainless steel and not plastic junk. - check.
2) wanted it quiet- thank goodness they put lights on it otherwise I wouldn’t know it is running. check
3) wanted adjustable top rack-check
4) wanted a top slide out rack so you can put oversized cooking utensils on it. check

Overall- this is an awesome dishwasher. Would definitely recommend.

I am impressed with all the features, like the third upper rack, the utensil basket storage, different size openings if needed, lots of room for tall items. I have been asked to run the dishwasher by my husband and had to tell him "it's already running", and he could not believe how quiet it was during operation. Great appliance
