Good not Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to load and I really like the “flex” third rack. I do wish there were more than two stemware holders, I also wish you could pair extended heat dry with the Express Wash cycle. My dishes don’t dry thoroughly with just the Heat Dry cycle. Plus I do not feel it is as quiet as it should be at 44db.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Substandard features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher rack is much poorer quality than a Kitchen Aide dishwasher of 9 years ago. Silverware does not stay in place on the upper rack. No room for large service utensils and cooking utensils. Middle rack does not support tall glassware. Unattractive external door handle. Dishwasher did not fit well into the existing standard space. Our last Kitchen Aide dishwasher fit perfectly and was of higher quality and held wineglasses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
