The Best We've Ever Had

There is a night and day difference in noise level between this dishwasher and our old one. When fully loaded, you have to put your ear close to it to tell that it's running
Very sturdy build. Easy to load. Thoughtful design.
Cleans the dishes very well.

Nothing fits. Rack is defective. Doesn't clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper rack is missing a prong. Everything was already bent as if it was used. The bottom rack doesn't fit either of our standard sets of dishes that have fit all our other DWs over the years. To include a Bosch and GE and even different KA. This is apparently top of the line and it's honestly garbage. All plates just fall over on top of each other. So disappointing. Contacted seller immediately and told "nothing we can do". It's so awful that after two uses we have to save for a new Dishwasher. We cannot keep this. Feels like low quality plastic and defective product. Would choose zero stars if possible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet but lacking features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Acquired one month ago. Very quiet but only basic washing features. Dish racks very flimsy silverware tray holes too small for our wares. Kept old sliver tray from old dishwasher and are using it rather than new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
