[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed, dishes are not dry, poor angle on glasses rack -always have water on the bottom, silverware slips through the silverware rack and blocks the water spinner. Takes 21/2 hours to run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed in our new home and ran it once to make sure it was working. We've had one of these before and they are the quietest dishwashers you will ever have. They also clean well and have very functional racks inside that are adjustable. I would never buy a different brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old GE dishwasher, which died on us after 5 years, with this beauty, upon the advice of the service tech. He praised the machine's reliability ("we never see these on service calls-- unlike the GE"), and well as its ease of use and stealth-like operation. The machine is amazingly quiet, so much so that it's been difficult at times (without going right up to it) to confirm whether it's actually in use or not. The racks are roomy and allow for great flexibility, and the third, upper utensils tray, comes in extremely handy. The addiitonal, lower utility rack is spacious and accommodating as well, so there is ample opportunity to fit as many differently sized items in the dishwasher as possible.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so pleased with how quiet the machine is while running. I live in a condominium so am happy not only for my immediate space but for my neighbors also. I love the top utensils tray, so easy to access & uses previously unused space in a dishwasher. All of my dishes come out sparkling clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottom Line - Dishwasher did not work out of the box and am very disappointed with the Kitchen Aid Customer service experience.
Purchased this dishwasher in April 2023 in preparation for our upcoming kitchen renovation. Chose Kitchen Aid based on reviews and quality reputation. Installed the unit in early August 2023. Unit did not work when I attempted to run it and threw "7-2" error code indicating a motor failure per the owner's manual. I contacted the Kitchen Aid Customer service line and was informed the "7-2" error code did not appear in their list. The customer service representative booked a service appointment to evaluate the dishwasher. This appointment was set for over a week after the problem was identified. Upon arrival, the service tech (3rd party company) determined the dishwasher was throwing a 7-2 error code requiring the motor be replaced. No further troubleshooting or repairs were conducted. The tech ordered parts and booked a follow-on appointment. The 3rd party company used by Kitchen Aid to service warranty claims does not provide appointment times until the day prior to scheduled service with no guarantee of morning, afternoon, etc...I have rescheduled this appointment (for warranty service) three times due to this scheduling policy. It will likely be greater than one month following initial contact with customer service until a warranty repair is attempted.
While the 3rd party company's scheduling policy is not a Kitchen Aid problem, this is the company contracted to conduct their warranty work and the service experience is inferior to that of Kitchen aid competitors.
Rated 2 stars as the dishwasher looks great and I have not been able to evaluate actual dishwasher performance.
