Deep enough to fit larger plates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the dishwasher on July 12. When it arrived and put in place, we did not know that a pin hole in the dishwasher hose was there. Ran it 2 times and it stopped. Had the appliance store come out to check and then they ordered a new hose. Waited for that to be fixed for a month. So far it was fine. Why should there be a product failure if it is brand new???

Second KitchenAid Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pump went out on our KitchenAid dishwasher so we had the pump replaced. It lasted a year or two and went out again. Rather than fix it, we bought another one. This one is nicer and I like the third (top) rack. It is also very quiet.

My dishes are so clean, no streaks, and dry. I love this cleaning machine! I totally recommend this make and model. Thank you KitchenAid!!!!

Reliable and high-capacity dishwasher

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Unlike our KA range or fridge, our dishwasher hasn’t needed service in the first few months of ownership. Only complaint is that it leaves a small puddle of water on the tile when first opened after a wash cycle.

Didn't work, defective motor from factory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher, brought home, installed & got an immediate motor fault code. It was never operated or tested. Called for service & it was a bad motor. Service replaced & all is good now

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new KitchenAid Dishwasher. It is very quiet. My last dishwasher would run for 4 hours. The KitchenAid only runs 2 hours. The way it is laid out it holds more dishes.
