Quiet, but poorly designed racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose KitchenAid because we had been so happy with our prior KitchenAid which lasted 17 years. The new model has issues that are disappointing. The racks are terribly designed. The way the splines are spaced and set up, anything but flat dishes don’t stand straight. Our prior washer had tilt down shelves to allow “double decker” placement of short items and secure wine glass stems, as well as plastic clips to secure lids, etc. This washer does not dry plastic containers at all. It is very quiet. We like the top flatware shelf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher - Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the dishwasher, super quiet. The only thing is that the top tier rack had a defective chip on the plastic. Customer Service is mailing out replacement rack. We shall see

Save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. Loaded it up for the first time it ran for about 5 mins the shut off. Tried it again same thing. Did this at least 5 times. Now it’s been sitting there collecting dust till a service guy can come and take a look. Spent all that money to look at it. The service company is over a month out. I should have just taking it back and returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your on the look out for a new dishwasher this one is a must have... Honestly I only buy kitchen aid product because they are so reliable and last. That being said it was time for a new dishwasher. I looked around at many and really liked the look of this one. Very easy to use, love love love the third level utensil rack and its so quiet you don't even know its on.. 5 stars from me and I would definitely recommend !!!

So quiet I can't tell it's running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet compared to the one it replaced. The one thing I don't care for is I cannot put some cookie sheets on edge in the lower rack because the upper rack doesn't go up as high as on my old one. This is because of the third utensil rack.
