Cleans great, quiet, perfect fit

Very poor drying

However, the drying is very very poor. Dishes are WET and many must be toweled off before placing in cabinet

We owned another KA unit for 6 years that dried much better
Any way to resolve this?????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are satisfied. At first it didn’t dry the dishes very well, but we read a review online that said it took a few days for that to start working right. Don’t really understand that but after a few days it started drying them right.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a fairly good job. Doesn't quite dry the dishes, but comes close. I would prefer that the controls be on the front. It is easy to cancel or start accidentally. It is VERY quiet. I would like to hagve received an Owners Manual with all instructions for controls.
