[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait a bit to see how things went with this before reviewing. It has been through about a dozen loads now.
PRO
1. There is a lot of room. I haven't' tried to do a half bakers sheet or any of my commercial pots in it yet. The 2nd rack isn't removal so I'm thinking that the 60qt pots won't fit, the 40qt will for sure.
2. It is so quiet I keep trying to open it to see if it's running. I can barely hear it, unless it is draining, then the sink drain trap doesn't cover the noise of that, but I never heard it on my 20 year old GE before. Seriously you can't hear it run. That is awesome.
3. The top door controls are slick, it gives it such a neat sleek appearance, and I really like that.
4. Options, options, options! I am a bachelor so rinse and hold is great. I have only used the hi temp settings once, it didn't' melt anything. The heated dry works well, it won't get the pooled-up water on top of Tupperware and such. Seriously could get by with just express wash but sometimes my pots and pans need the pro wash feature. I wish there was a china feature as I have expensive wine goblets and depression glass. I was skeptical of the top rack for silverware at first, but now I am sold on it (see my Cons comment on silverware)
5. There isn't a bunch of residue on my dishes. The filter screen is easy to remove and clean. I just scrape, light rinse and load. Before I practically had to wash the dishes to "sanitize" them.
6. If you are replacing an undercounter dishwasher it's easy to install. You will need to re-use your parts from original and/or buy the installation kit. Some of which you won't use, or you might. I was leery of reusing the hi pressure fill hose, so I replaced it and used the existing drain hose and power cord.
CON (as I see it)
1. The silverware basket is too large. It could be 1/2 to 3/4 that size with the top 3rd rack. I never fill them both or more than half way.
2. The middle rack is not removable as far as I can tell. (nor are any of them as far as I know) there is more room for taller objects on the bottom or middle both with it's adjustments.
3. While it has the nicest racks out of the dishwasher, they have more "heft" to them and don't feel lek they will fall apart. From what I looked at they are oddly spaced tines and nothing stops plates from sliding front to back when you push in rack. (I got these little purple silicon wine glass holders that slide onto the tines and stretch across the rack, they work great and hold your wine glasses in place also.
4 to make the tub as tall as they do, the door handle almost hits the floor to open fully and pull out the rack. It doesn't' hit, but close and is a strange adjustment.
5. The Insulation blanket on the bottom has a weird fit and I can't seem to get it adjusted to stay in place and not peek out from the cover panel. I'm old with bad knees and it's just hard to get it to fit right, there isn't a lot of wiggle room.
6 My biggest complaint is that the fill fitting for the high-pressure hose inlet is made of plastic and threads oddly. It never looks like the hose connector is fitted squarely. Very concerning, but it is tight and doesn't leek. I am concerned it could become a point of failure. Hopefully the drip pan and float switch work correctly if they are needed.
Main deal, after looking over almost 40 dishwashers I settled on this, and I'd buy it again in a heart beat.

DOA - couldn’t use for first month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new house with this dish washer. It was DOA, pump motor was broken and we had to wait 2 weeks for service to come out. Then another week for the part to ship, then another week for them to come back out and install the part. Seems that most components for appliances these days are failing. Response times are normal, but they could be better. Even though the I give 1 star for the DOA machine, the Service company was good about updating me by text…everytime they bumped my service date back. Error code read out was given over then phone with the component that broke. Why would they just save time and money by bringing the pump motor and having a first time fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the third rack for utensil. So quick to unload with utensil rack. Makes virtually no sound when running. Mine has handle which I was skeptical but i actually like it better with controls on top of door.
