[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an earlier KitchenAid dishwasher from about 10 years ago. The prongs are not situated well enough to allow for cereal bowls and larger bowls to fit properly. The rack for the glassware is not particularly stable and I've had issues with stemmed glassware tipping over. In order to fully dry the dishes, I have to select the "extra dry" sensor, and even then the silverware can still be a little wet, including the container for the silverware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after my Maytag dw dies after a decade. The first one they delivered DIDN’T work—not salvageable/control panel malfunction. So got another a week later. This one works just fine. I have a few small issues: 1. Bottom rack vertical spikes to hold dishes in place are not 100% uniform so some plates will fall over, etc. All tilted one way would be better than almost all straight up. 2. Huge silverware basket often too big for us. Can’t split it into 2 halves when needed. That would be better. Luckily I saw that coming and saved 1/2 of my old silverware basket for times when I don’t fill up this huge one. I’m switching out every other day it seems. 3. Lastly, we absolutely can’t tell the difference between the FULL and ADD button on the rinse aid container. Looks the same when it was full and empty, so how do u know? Overall, good machine tho. Clean dishes, quiet, attractive,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for just over one month its great functions well has a sleek design I love the handle with little red detail on edges of handle European styling it is extremely quiet. The rack space is just right with a cool hidden large utensil rack up top and adjustable height on top large rack. The only thing is my flatware often comes out blotchy on the double heat dry and has missed a couple of spoons now and then. The chopper is easily cleaned by coming apart when you need to get in there. I like it alot.

Getting used to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I purchased a new home with this dishwasher. Ths dishwasher seems very specific about using Cascade products. Our previous dishwasher was not brand specific and seemed to do a better job of cleaning stuck on food. But if I rinse the dish/pan first and use Cascade, the results are pretty good. It's a learning curve for me.
