[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to put my ear to the dishwasher to tell if it was operating. This and getting the dishes clean were my two concerns and this Kitchen Aid fulfilled them. The extra rack on top to hold large cooking utensils and knives is a great feature. I'm very happy with my purchase.
