Cleans Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet which is it's greaestt feature. My old KitchenAid was noisy.
The feature I don't like is that on a short wash it fills and empties, fills and empties. Where is the 'short' part?
My old KitchenAid could have the heated drying cycle turned off and the dishes still came out dry by sheer evaporation of the last hot water rinse.
With this new one, if I eliminate the drying cycle they're cold with water clinging minutes after the cycle ends. I cannot figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was part of appliance package of a pricey new built home. I would recommend adding a top load wash feature, a better dry , and most importantly better use of the space layout of the dishwasher so more dishes can fit. There’s a lot of wasted space between dinner plates.

Best Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! It cleans so good. I wipe all food particles off with our napkins and/or paper towel, but I don’t rinse and they come out perfect just using the “express” wash cycle, and the dishes are cleaned and dried quicker than any dishwasher I’ve ever previously used. The best thing about this dishwasher (if you can imagine anything better) is that I can NOT hear it running - and this is important, because my kitchen is open to our great room and right behind our TV watching/music listening chairs. If the TV is paused, I sometimes can hear the water sloshing around. I no longer have to wait until I’m ready for bed to turn on the dishwasher and empty in the morning. My dishes are now cleaned, dried, and back in the cabinet before I go to bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I'm happy with this dishwasher. I do wish I had chosen the next one up with the adjustable top rack though
I didn't think it would be worth the extra price but I can't fit some spatulas in top rack there's much of an angle in the handle or if there's more than 2 pieces. There isn’t much room between the rack & top of the dishwasher but that's my fault. I knew that when I picked it out. Also care needs to be taken need when placing spoons on the top rack. I thought it would be a quicker solution to just quickly throw them in. I was wrong. Spoons have to remain face down or you will be left with a puddle in any that aren't. I've spent more time turning them over, as they seen to want to land top side up.
There also isn't a sprayer arm under the top rack, so the water has to reach flatware from the sprayer under the middle rack. There are 3 racks but only 2 sprayers. So if the middle rack is loaded too much, I suggest to use the side basket that's included for flatware on the bottom rack, or at least for spoons so they'll drain properly. I like to take that out, as it eats up room on bottom rack. It is really nice to have that choice though.
My only other gripe is not brand related. I just wish all the tines on the racks weren't so tall. Seems all dishwashers come this way now. It's great for holding up large plates but have Villeroy & Boch Newwave cups that are toi wide on top yo fit between the tines and not tall enough. Same problem with some cereal bowls. They can be difficult to secure without them balancing & rocking on one tine. It would be nice to have some rows with shorter tines.
Pros: It is very quiet. It has a decent amount of choices for settings, and cleans dishes very well so that most important. I also like the no-smudge finish. Fingerprints be gone!
I understand no dishwasher can fit all our needs. There is always a price point I need to consider too, but a few tweaks would greatly improve this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this washer to replace our 2017 GE and if it wasn't for that washer not working every time we would have never got this "upgraded" washer. Let me say right off the bat this washer only does a so-so job even with all the "pro" settings set engaged. Some dishes I have to run twice and this was never the case in my older GE model. Don't get me wrong this waser is dead quite, but who cares if it at the end of the day dosent proform?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this dishwasher for one month. We replaced a five year old lg that we were not happy with. It cleans the dishes well and is extremely quiet. I would not know it was on if not for the indicator light. The only thing I would change is to have tines that you can lay flat and the silverware holes vary in size so some silverware does not fit in the holes. So far I love this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very nice looking dishwasher and it is quiet. When I received it, I couldn’t get either the middle or top rack to pull out. they were both off track and I couldn’t figure it out and had a repairman to come and put them back on track for me. It could’ve happened during shipment to my house, but it was very disappointing. If you’re not very careful the second and third rack can break very easily. I always rinse my dishes, but sometimes they still don’t come very clean. At times when I open the dishwasher my dishes are still wet. Also, one of the screws was missing from the package to hold my dishwasher in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet but the downside of it is that there is no display showing how much time is left for the wash, disappointed because I was used to my Samsung with the display.
