PLEASE go back to old style Quality Racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my 18yr old KitchenAid dishwasher so much that I ended up using its old bottom rack and basket ,
the new rack lack proper placement for dishes due to the placement of the stems [ dividers posts ]
too bad I can't do that to the center rack however its some what tolerable.
I'm now using the Express wash cycle to have from waiting 4Hrs . Top rack is useless
PLEASE go back to making Quality Racks lay out that KITCHENAID is known for.

Cleans well but doesn't dry completely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed. Unit cleans well but does not dry dishes completely on either setting. Not as quiet as my last KitchenAid dishwasher which was rated at 41 dBA. Overall, I am mostly satisfied. My last KitchenAid Dishwasher lasted 5 years and six months before it died, hope this one is as dependable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I bought didn't work. There was a code "washer motor failure". The dealer replaced with another that works fine. It's so quiet that I have to listen closely to know it's running. Dishes are clean and spotless.

Clean Dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought my dishwasher approximately 2 months ago
So far it is going great
My only negative feedback is that the drain tube to install was a little short for my plunbing set up=I wish you could have an option for a longer tube
I had to hire a plumber to install the extension prior to being able to use the unit
Love the top rack for the flatware etc
