Cleans well but doesn't dry completely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed. Unit cleans well but does not dry dishes completely on either setting. Not as quiet as my last KitchenAid dishwasher which was rated at 41 dBA. Overall, I am mostly satisfied. My last KitchenAid Dishwasher lasted 5 years and six months before it died, hope this one is as dependable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I bought didn't work. There was a code "washer motor failure". The dealer replaced with another that works fine. It's so quiet that I have to listen closely to know it's running. Dishes are clean and spotless.

Clean Dishes!

So far it is going great
My only negative feedback is that the drain tube to install was a little short for my plunbing set up=I wish you could have an option for a longer tube
I had to hire a plumber to install the extension prior to being able to use the unit
Love the top rack for the flatware etc

Dead on arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand new dishwasher does not work. The motor has to be replaced. I thought this was a top of the line product. The door, trays, and other parts are very flimsy and feel cheap. The top shelf is useless. The dishwasher is useless as it does not run. I would not recommend this product.
