Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher hasn’t worked from the day it was installed and I’ve had a terrible time trying to get it repaired. I ended up finding my own repair company and paying for the repair. When I call Kitchen Aid with part number, I never got a response., I’m very disappointed, because I’ve had good luck with Kitchen Aid in the past.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dishwasher for 6 weeks. It works well in every cycle. It dries almost completely even on plastic located in the middle rack. It is quiet, but expected to hear nothing at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way this dishwasher cleans the dishes and how quiet it is. My only complaint is the silverware rack. Many of the holes are too small for the width of my spoons and forks. I don't like searching for a place for them.
