[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after the electronic panel failed in my other dishwasher after reading several reviews, that Kitchen aide was a good brand. I do no not like that the dishes on the upper racks are wet even after selecting super dry. I wipe down the door of the dishwasher so as to prevent stale odor. The door is tight and doesn't want to lay flat when I am putting dishes on the lower rack.
The silverware rack on the bottom has many unusable places for eating utensils. I use the very top rack as well, but I prefer to use the top rack for spatulas, larger spoons etc

Great Wash - Terrible Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE bought this dishwasher with our "gourmet kitchen" upgrade in our new home. I appreciate how quiet this dishwasher is, but, here again, another dishwasher that does not dry our dished AT ALL - even on the "extended heat dry" option. So tired of having to hand dry dishes out of the dishwasher. Does the dishwasher clean the dishes? YES, it does. It cleans exceptionally well. However, it should be able to do the entire cycle exceptionally well. This is why it gets 2-stars from us. If you want a quiet, efficient dishwasher that cleans well but doesn't dry, this is for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
