I am not happy with this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The middle rack doesn't hold my cereal bowls safely. The soap dispenser isn't going to last. It doesn't always catch when I close it. The top rack is not especially useful. Also, some of the white insulation hangs down from the bottom of the dishwasher. It was professionally installed. I takes 3 hours to wash on the normal cycle, and 2 hours on the fast cycle.

Outstanding Dishwasher

I really like this one for a lot of reasons. 1. It’s quite. 2. It’s very well built and it’s built to last. 3. It gets everything very clean. 4. It has a ton of storage. 5. The stainless finish cleans easily. 6. It’s nice with the 3rd silverware rack, especially if your silverware drawer is right next to it. Makes it easy to load and unload. I just removed the silverware carry case for more room in the bottom rack.

A big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Kitchenaid dishwasher in October of this year. It was delivered and installed. The first time we ran the dishwasher it operated for about twenty minutes and stopped. The control panel showed no lights or power. The service people came and determined that a control module of some type was not functioning. It was the determined that there were no replacement modules available anywhere. The dealer agree to,replace it with another, same model, Kitchenaid, which they had to,wait a week to get delivery. The dealer delivered and installed the replacement. The new dishwaher worked for about complete cycles, but then last night it stopped halfway through the cycle and stopped. Same problem, no power, no lights….nothing. So,now we will contact the dealer and demand replacement of the Kitchenaid with another make. I have absolutely no trust in the Kitchenaid dishwasher,

quiet, reliable, and easy to load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen Aid comes the closest to fully washing off the toughest stuck-on food of any brand I’ve ever had. On the downside, the dishwasher always leaves a little water in the bottom and on the door at the end of a cycle. Over, love our dishwasher!

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with how quiet it is. Cleans fine, not amazing. The utensil basket takes up a lot of space even tho there is a separate rack for utensils. Most frustrating thing is the steam release hole on the door always leaves a puddle of water under it on my floor when unloading.

Not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in November 2022. I has been a lemon. It leaked from underneath, doesn’t dry the dishes, and honestly I don’t think it cleans very well. Had the service repair person here and he’s having to order new parts for the heating system, and new trim for the door that leaks. Mind you , this was bought brand new! I do not recommend buying this dishwasher.

Leaks with expensive repair after 5yrs
on January 16, 2023
Posted by: Sc 28
We have had this dishwasher for 5yrs and it already leaking. I should have bought a lesser brand that would have lasted just as long....maybe longer. Leaked on my hardwood and into my basement. Now the repair is over half the price of buying a new one and actually more than just buying a cheaper brand. Expected more than this out of KitchenAid
