Disappointed about missing features I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 2 previous KitchenAid dishwashers and each one has features I like. My second KitchenAid had rows of times that could be laid down flat and also had some extra features (flip down plastic “shelves” to support wine glasses, but I used them for some plastic items). My most recent dishwasher does not have any of these features, and I was disappointed to discover this. Since I could not view the dishwasher in person before purchasing it I could not tell what I was really getting. The new dishwasher is doing a good job and is very quiet, so I do like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Control panel too sensitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in May when I did some remodeling on my kitchen. The control panel is on top of the door and is very touchy. All you have to do is barely touch a button and it lights up and dings. Also when unloading or loading if you stand in front of it, just the front of my leg will activate a button. I don't know if there is a setting to make this so it isn't so sensitive, but I would have picked a different model if I had known. This was an expensive dishwasher with the 3 racks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, quiet dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is super quiet. We’ve only had it about a month but so far it’s cleaning the dishes very well. Love the top rack for serving utensils, Yeti lids, Stanley and Owala straws, etc. The only complaint is the large space in the middle of the bottom rack. I wish there were prongs there but that you could lay those flat to make the space optional. I had that feature in my previous dishwasher.
